Eyeline does not collect anything. Your script, your voice and your video stay on your iPhone.
There is no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, no third-party SDK, and no account. The app makes no network requests of its own.
Your script is saved on your iPhone so it is still there when you come back. It is written to a file inside the app's own storage, encrypted with iOS Data Protection, and excluded from iCloud and iTunes backups — so it does not leave the device even when the device is backed up.
You can delete it at any time with Clear script, and you can turn off Remember script so it is never written to disk at all.
Your recordings are held in the app's temporary storage while you decide what to do with them, also encrypted by iOS Data Protection. Choosing Discard deletes the recording. Any recording left behind by a crash or a force-quit is deleted the next time the app opens.
Nothing is uploaded. A recording leaves the app only when you choose Save to Photos or Save to Files, at which point it goes where you send it and this policy no longer governs it.
Eyeline follows your script by recognising your speech on the device, using Apple's on-device speech framework. Your audio is not sent to Apple or to anyone else for recognition.
The one exception, and it is worth being precise about: the first time you use a given language, iOS may download Apple's speech model for it. That download is a request to Apple for the model itself. It does not carry your voice, your script, or your recordings — it fetches software, not data about you. Once installed, recognition works with no network at all.
Eyeline collects no personal data from anyone, of any age.
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
